The chip marked LB18 on the silk screen is a signal-level conversion chip located on the Whatsminer CB4-V10 control board, located at the U2 position on the control board. The LB18 chip converts the input voltage of 5V into an output voltage of 1.8V to supply U1 and UD2 bit-marked chips.
