MIC4429YN

MIC4429YN is a CMOS inverting MOSFET driver with 6A (peak) output, which can drive the largest MOSFET and has a higher safety margin. MIC4429YN accepts any logic input from 2.4V to VS without external acceleration capacitor or resistor network. The proprietary circuit allows the input to swing up to 5V without damaging the components.
