LM336Z-2.5/NOPB

LM336Z-2.5/NOPB is a voltage reference diode integrated circuit, precision 2.5V shunt regulator diode. These monolithic IC voltage references work as low temperature coefficient 2.5V Zener diodes with 0.2R dynamic impedance. 2.5V can easily obtain a stable reference voltage from a 5V logic power supply.
