LM4040BIM3-4.1/NOPB precision micropower shunt voltage reference for energy management. The maximum operating current of all LM4040BIM3-4.1/NOPB is 15mA. LM4040BIM3-4.1/NOPB uses fuses and Zener reverse breakdown voltage adjustment during wafer classification to ensure that the accuracy of the main components at 25°C is better than ±0.1% (Class A). The band gap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance ensure stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide operating temperature and current range.
