MP1653 17V, 3A, 800kHz, is a fully integrated high-frequency synchronous rectification step-down switch mode converter with internal power MOSFETs. It provides a very compact solution with 3A continuous output current and excellent load and line regulation over a wide input range. In addition, the MP1653 features synchronous mode operation for higher efficiency over the output current load range.
