TPS61022

TPS61022 has a wide input voltage range of 0.5V to 5.5V, supports super capacitor backup power applications, and can deeply discharge super capacitors.

When the input voltage is higher than 1.5V, TPS61022 runs at 1MHz switching frequency. When the input voltage is lower than 1.5V to 1V, the switching frequency is gradually reduced to 0.6MHz. The MODE pin sets the TPS61022 to run in power mode-save mode or forced PWM mode under light load conditions. During shutdown, the load is completely disconnected from the input power. TPS61022 has 5.7V output overvoltage protection, output short circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection.

The TPS61022 adopts a 2mm × 2mm VQFN package and minimal external components, providing a very small solution size.
