IRS21867STRPBF

IRS21867STRPBF is a high-voltage and high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high-side and low-side reference output channels. Proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology can realize a rugged and durable monolithic structure. The output driver has a high pulse current buffer stage, which is designed to minimize driver cross-conduction. Floating channels can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs in high-side configurations with operating voltages up to 600V.
