TPS61096A

TPS61096A integrates a 30V power switch and a power diode. It can output up to 28 volts. The TPS61096A uses a PFM peak current control scheme to obtain the highest efficiency under various input and output load conditions. It consumes only 1 µA of quiescent current and can achieve up to 70% efficiency under 10 µA load conditions.

TPS61096A integrates a dual-channel low-power level shifter, which can convert low-level signals into application-specific output voltage level signals. It consumes only 1µA of quiescent current per channel, and ensures very low static and dynamic power consumption over the entire output range.
