EL7202CSZ

EL7202CSZ is a 2-channel high-speed power MOSFET driver that improves the operation of the industry standard DS0026 clock driver. The Elantec version is a very high-speed driver, capable of delivering 2.0 amperes of peak current to high capacitive loads. High-speed performance is achieved through a proprietary "Turbo-Driver" circuit, which accelerates the input stage by tapping a wider voltage swing at the output. Use non-overlapping drive technology to minimize dynamic switching losses.
