The SS14 Schottky diode is a surface-mount version of the 1N5819 on the Whatsminer H3 control board. With its low-profile package, it is ideal for automated placement. In addition, the SS14 features low power loss and high-efficiency overvoltage protection. SS14 is known for its low forward voltage drop and high surge capability. These are commonly used in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection applications.
